Get a useful result

Photograph the garment in even light and keep the relevant fabric in focus. Photograph the care label separately, close enough to read its symbols and text. Analysis runs on your device and requires an available supported local AI model. If the result is uncertain, retake the photo and check the physical label.

Wrinkle assessment and care-label interpretation can be wrong. Follow the garment’s actual care instructions; an appearance assessment does not establish whether ironing is safe.

Trial and unlock

Start the full three-day trial explicitly in the app. The optional unlock is a one-time purchase; there is no automatic charge when the trial expires. The store displays the actual localized price before purchase. Use Restore Purchases with the store account that made the purchase. Saved records and backup tools remain accessible after trial expiry. Cross-store purchase transfer is not currently promised.

Backups and troubleshooting

Export a backup in Settings before changing devices or removing the app. Keep a copy somewhere you control. If analysis is unavailable, your device, operating system or local model may not support it. Repeated retries cannot add missing hardware or model support. Store purchases and restore requests may require a store connection. Avoid repeatedly reinstalling the app: uninstalling may remove local saved data.
